Service Description

Kid’s Aerial Arts focuses on both Aerial Hammock and Aerial Lyra (metal hoop). Time will be spent learning moves that translate easily to both apparatuses. This class will teach children a foundation of moves & skill sets that will build strength and increase their flexibility and balance. Aerial arts is not only a perfect way for children to get their physical bodies moving, but also their mental ones too! This class can help children gain confidence while expressing themselves with this beautiful art form! This class will be offered to all levels ages 8+ or possibly younger with prior experience (please contact us before registering to discuss children younger than 8). ATTIRE: Snug-fit long pants, or shorts with tights underneath. Snug-fitting tank top or t-shirt. NO socks or jewelry.
