Service Description
This is a physically active class that will challenge you while building strength and stamina... and is suitable for most students at an intro/beginner/intermediate/advanced level of fitness. This class takes a fitness and flexibility approach to aerial movement. This is a GREAT class to use to cross train pole, lyra, sling, or aerial any arts…. or as an introduction to and preparation for other aerial arts… or just as a fun new way to get into shape! The entire class will be spent dedicated to deepening flexibility, increasing mobility and building strength in the entire body… including the hands!!! ATTIRE: Stretch pants or shorts with tights and a close fitting shirt
