Service Description

Move, flow, and perform like a pro. Join me in the studio where we will explore the beauty in the transitions between your moves. Create grace, and awe as we break down the intentional pauses and flow between movements. In this workshop we will explore techniques designed to help you move through shapes and transition to discover your unique movement style. If desired, bring a short sequence for your preferred apparatus (a mount, and 3-5 additional moves is more than enough) to play with in class.
