Service Description

In Kinetic Aesthetic, you’ll take your pole finesse to new heights! Work through flashy aerial tricks, dynamic transitions, and a variety of ways to mount and dismount the pole on both spin and static. This class is ideal for polers who are comfortable climbing, being upside down, utilizing grip points through the legs, and enjoy challenging themselves to step (or climb) out of their comfort zones! The capability to invert from the floor is recommended, but not required as long as you have a consistent way of getting into inverted leg hang shapes that works for you.
