Service Description

A pole class that focuses on aerial sequences and transitions. The goal of the class is developing fluidity in flow, starting with breaking down individual movements and then the transitions that connect them. Having a comfortable climb of one or two is preferred. Tricks will vary between upright and inverted, without the need for an ascending invert but always with options to add a challenge for those who want it.
