In celebration of FLIPtember, join Justin for a workshop geared towards stylish flip-based dismounts from the pole! There will be an array of flips of varying levels, from more beginner-friendly to advanced, so ideally there will be something for everyone. light to heavy spotting will be available if needed. Prerequisites: Invert or ability to otherwise comfortably get upside down on the pole. AND the willingness to face your fears and full send it 😎
